We adhere with all travel rules and regulations as detailed by the relevant authorities.
West Midland Police’s Football Liaison Officer, PC Cockerton, is informed of our travel arrangements prior to all away matches.
A public house may be pre-booked for our travel party with food on offer to members – this may be complimentary at the discretion of the landlord.
Any members who travel with the Leamington & Warwick CCFC Supporters Club do so after agreeing to abide by the rules detailed below.
We do not tolerate any anti-social behaviour (including aggressive behaviour, bad/inappropriate language/disturbing fellow passengers etc.) on our coaches, and anyone engaging in such behaviour will be prohibited from travelling with the supporters club for at least the rest of the season/6 months (whichever is longer). If anyone persists in anti-social behaviour during a journey to or from a match, they will be removed from the coach and will have to arrange and fund their own transport from this point. No refund (full or partial) will be made.
Non-members are not permitted to travel on Supporters Club coaches. A membership must be purchased prior to travel.
Vaping is not allowed on any of our coaches.
Alcohol is not permitted on any coach travelling to an away game. If anyone brings alcohol onto the coach they will be refused entry onto the coach. If alcohol is found en route to a game, the individual concerned will be banned from travelling with the supporters club for an indefinite period as determined by those running the coach and founder members of the Supporters Club. If the behaviour of any individual found drinking, or in possession of, alcohol disturbs other passengers, they may be removed from the coach and have to make their own way to and/or from the match/home.
- U18s must be accompanied by an adult
- If there is any damage to the coach the culprits will be asked to pay for this to be repaired
- If you board the coach with alcohol you will be handed your match ticket, refused entry on the coach with no refund on monies paid
WE HAVE INTRODUCED COMLIMENTARY TEA/COFFEE ON MOST AWAY COACH JOURNEYS SO PLEASE CONSIDER THE NEED TO BRING ANY ALCOHOL ONTO THE COACH
Refunds will not be given for any booking unless at least 14 days notice of cancellation is given prior to the match in question. This is due to coach capacity being confirmed two weeks prior to the match.
If at least 7 days notice is given, then payment may be transferred to another match (if match tickets have not been collected).
No refund is given if less than 7 days is given as tickets are purchased a week prior to any away match.
Damage to coaches will lead to prosecution and payment as deemed appropriate by the coach company.
Any DVDs played will be up to ’15’ certificate, so please note this is if you are bringing children with you.
The length of any ‘travel ban’ will be determined by the coach company, those running the away travel or those who founded the reformed Supporters Club.
MEMBERSHIP TO LWCCFCSC DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY ENTITLE YOU TO TRAVEL WITH THE LWCCFCSC. THIS IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE FOUNDER MEMBERS OF THE LWCCFCSC.
How to book away travel/tickets
Step 1 – All people travelling must be members
Step 2 – Names and addresses of all those travelling must be supplied on the online booking form
Step 3 – ‘Purchase’ the number of seats/type of tickets you require by visiting our online store
Step 4 – Place all ‘seat/ticket purchases’ in your basket
Step 5 – You will receive a confirmation email for your booking
Step 6 – You have 7 days to pay the relevant amount into our club account, using your name and team we are playing as the reference
Step 7 – If you do not pay within 7 days then your ticket/travel will be cancelled
Step 8 – Please note our refund policy (see above)
